"Why don't young people vote?"
This article calls on younger voters to not take advantage of the representation they are given, and to go out a vote. Hanan Esaili talks about the fact that many millennials believe that their vote will not make a difference, or do not care if it makes a difference because they believe politics are not relevant in their life. In reality politics effect everyone, and most everything around us. She also makes an excellent point about the fact that millennials are now moving away from large institutions such as political parties but are rather identified as "independent" when speaking on their political preference. Esaili not only calls upon this generation she calls upon the politicians to start bridging that gap between politicians and voters.
